Classes will be cancelled if less than 3 students are signed up.
The schedule can change and have more or less classes available at any given time.
Please do not message or call the instructor on their personal phones to say you are running late or need to cancel class, etc. You can call the studio if needed but preferably please use the registration system for this.
Be on time for class! Doors will be open 15 min before and after each class for arrivals and change overs. Once the doors are locked, Instructor has the right to refuse entry. You will not be allowed to join the class and will not be refunded your money. For safety reasons, please respect both your instructors and other students by showing up on time.
All payments must be made BEFORE booking/reserving a spot in class, private sessions, workshops, etc. Drop-Ins are welcome but are not guaranteed a spot.
All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Make sure you know your expiration dates and use all your classes by that date. No extensions on expiration dates and we do not “freeze” memberships. No transfers or sharing of class passes.
As long as you cancel at least 3 hours before your scheduled class, you will not lose that class. If you cancel late, you will lose the class from your package/payment. If you no show, you will be charged $10. If you are on an unlimited membership and cancel late or no show, you will be charged $10.
All memberships must keep a payment card on file.
There is a CI $75 fee for any memberships being terminated early.
12 hours notice is required if you need to cancel a private class, otherwise you will lose your payment.
When classes are full, you can sign up to be on the wait list. When a student early cancels out of a class, you will receive an automatic email letting you know you have been bumped into class and are no longer on the wait list. If you are added into class, you will be held to the same cancellation policy as any other class you sign up for. If you are not sure you will be able to make it with short notice, please remove yourself from the wait list to avoid being charged for the class in case you are added in.
Please wear proper attire to all classes. Details for attire are under each class on the class descriptions page. Example: Pole gear, athletic wear, yoga pants/leggings/shorts, sports bras, tank tops, long sleeves/pants for aerial work. Knee pads if needed, appropriate heels.
All shoes inside the dance studio must be CLEAN and any heels must be appropriate and approved by the instructor (for example, Heels for any Pole Classes must be appropriate Pole Heels and not an everyday heel).
No alcohol is allowed to be consumed before any physical activities at the studio. If you are intoxicated when arriving, you will not be allowed to participate in class and will not be refunded your money.
Anyone aged 18 and older can take classes on the regular schedule. If you are under the age of 18, parental consent is required. Your parent needs to come to the studio with you so they can sign the release form with a copy of their ID.
